This private villa-style retreat is just a short walk from the beach and esplanade. All bedrooms and the main living area open onto a stunning inground pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Two bedrooms interconnect, making them ideal for families with young children, while a third offers a private lounge area and 65-inch TV with access to a guest toilet. A central timber kitchen, high ceilings, and lush gardens complete this serene coastal escape
Relax in your own private slice of paradise just minutes from the beach and esplanade. This modern plantation-style villa is part of a duplex, but you'll have full privacy with your own entrance, exclusive use of the pool, and no shared spaces.
Designed for easy indoor-outdoor living, the home wraps around a sparkling pool, with all bedrooms and the main living area opening onto the pool area. A central timber kitchen overlooks the poolâperfect for entertaining or laid-back meals.
With three comfy bedrooms (all with smart TVs), the villa suits families or groups. Two queen rooms are great for couples, and the twin room is ideal for kids or friends. Two rooms interconnect, and the third bedroom offers a private lounge with a 65-inch TVâperfect for teens or guests needing space.
You'll also enjoy multiple living areas, covered patios, a full laundry, and ocean breezes through lush tropical gardens.
Please note: The villa is part of a duplex. The front unit is rented separately, but your space is fully self-contained and private.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
