Three floors of exquisite vacation living await you in this elegantly updated villa located in the heart of Sea Pinesâ legendary destination, Harbour Town.
The second story houses the main living space, marked by a breezy open floorplan, rich hardwood floors, plentiful windows for lush natural light and a tall tray ceiling. Here a sleeper sofa and loveseat anchor a conversation area beside a large flat-screen TV and sliders leading out to a cozy patio, guiding you to an opulent dining set with seating for eight. The adjacent kitchen exults in state-of-the-art function and designer finishes from granite counters and glass tile backsplash to stainless steel appliance. A dine-in breakfast nook offers further seating for four.
Offering exceptional privacy, the villaâs four bedrooms are spread out among three stories. The first can be found on the ground floor, a secluded and spacious hideaway that offers two full beds as well as a sleeper sofa oriented toward the flat-screen TV. Sliders lead out to a private patio, while a hallway offers access to a full bath with corner shower as well as the garage and a bonus space.
