🧑‍🍳 A fully equipped kitchen with size fridge/freezer, oven and stovetop is ready for you to prepare a home cooked meal. The pantry stocks essentials like oil, salt, pepper, vinegar and soy sauce. Make light work of any clean up with the dishwasher.

BATHROOM
🛁 Sink into the gorgeous bathtub, or enjoy a shower in the newly renovated bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided, as is hand wash.

BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS
💡Both bedrooms have an integrated light with ceiling fan. 🛏️ The main bedroom features a queen bed and hanging space with drawers for your clothes and bed side tables for easy access to your must-haves.

🛏️ The other bedroom is sun-drenched during the day, with blockout blinds for a peaceful sleep. There's a double bed, a bedside table and a hanging rack with drawers for your clothing.

Settle in and get comfy. You'll have the entire place to yourself here.

PARKING
🅿️ Free parking onsite for 1 car, available after check-in. Access is through the back laneway, which leads onto the paved courtyard. We've fit a Mazda CX-8 and previous guests have fit a ute in.

Street parking is available out the front of the house. There's 2-hours free during weekdays and untimed parking on weeknights and weekends.

LAUNDRY
🧺 The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack plus an iron and ironing board, should the occasion call for it. Laundry wash is provided for your use.
Other things to note
This was our family home for a number of years and we have the loveliest neighbours in the area. Please keep the noise down late at night and early in the morning and treat the place with care, or you may be asked to leave.

The house was built in the 1800s. The stairs are quite steep, with the bedrooms upstairs and bathroom downstairs.
