This two-story duplex, known as Cordova Palms A & B, renting the entire property. It includes a separate downstairs unit and an upstairs unit that do not connect inside. Each has its own entrance and distinct living space, perfect for groups seeking both privacy and togetherness. Each unit also has its own washer and dryer, located outside on the back porch, both levels are included, and the backyard becomes private for your use. Please note that there is no fire pit on the property. Sorry, no pets.
Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, soft linens, and calming touches for restful nights. With 2 full bathrooms, one on each level, mornings flow easily for families or groups traveling together.
Kitchen & dining
Each floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics are provided so you can prepare simple meals or share relaxed dinners at the dining tables on both levels.
Living spaces
Both levels feature open-concept living rooms with comfortable seating and flat-screen HDTVs. Large windows highlight the homeâs 1922 character, while Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating ensure year-round comfort.
Outdoor living
Two front porches invite you to unwind - one with a swing perfect for quiet mornings, the other with lounge seating for afternoon breaks. The backyard, private when the full property is rented, offers Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill for outdoor meals under the trees.
Neighborhood
Located in St. Augustineâs historic district, the home sits within walking distance of Castillo de San Marcos, local shops, galleries, and restaurants. Itâs a peaceful base that blends privacy with proximity to the cityâs charm.
