Situated above Howard Smith Wharf and the river walk, this haven is just minutes away from both the CBD and the vibrant Fortitude Valley.
Bedding Configurations:
* Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a luxurious coil mattress, offering views of the hills and city.
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed with captivating vistas of the skyline and mountains.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire building, including amenities such as the gym, pool, sauna, and spa.
The House Boasts:
* Spectacular uninterrupted views of the skyline, the mountains and stunning sunsets with ceiling to floor windows.
* Gym, Pool, Sauna & Spa.
* A fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, fridge, and microwave.
* Airconditioning in every room.

• Upon arriving at the elevators, locate the card reader.
• Tap your access card on the designated area to initiate the elevator system.
2. Select Your Floor:
• After tapping your card, a panel will appear where you can select your desired floor.
• Choose from the following options:
• Apartment Level 33
• Carpark Level -2
• Lobby Level 1
3. Follow System Instructions:
• Once you've selected your floor, the system will assign you to a specific elevator.
• Pay close attention to the instructions provided by the system. It will indicate which elevator to enter.
• It's crucial to follow these instructions as you won't be able to select anything inside the elevator once you're in.
4. Enter Assigned Elevator:
• Proceed to the designated elevator as indicated by the system.
