This 190mÂČ retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is designed with families and couples in mind, providing ample space and modern comforts for a relaxing and memorable stay. The property boasts an outdoor seating area with a BBQ and fireplace, perfect for alfresco dining.
At Vista Ridge Retreat, we aim to ensure you have an unforgettable stay, with thoughtful touches that make a big difference. This home, cherished by us, is crafted to provide unparalleled comfort after a day of outdoor adventures. Enjoy a blend of modern amenities and cozy charm, making it the perfect sanctuary for your holiday.

âą Master Bedroom: Indulge in ultimate comfort and luxury with a restful night on a brand-new, plush king-size bed, designed to provide the perfect end to your day of adventure.
âą Bedroom 2: Our personal favourite, this room features a queen-size bed. Wake up to breathtaking views of Roy`s Peak, adding a touch of scenic beauty to your stay.
âą Bedroom 3 & 4: Each can be configured with either two full length single beds or one super king-size bed, offering flexibility to suit your needs. We will confirm your preferred setup before your stay.

Relax in style on our plush lounge suite while soaking in the breathtaking mountain views from the north-facing lounge and private covered balcony. This serene space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
Entertainment:
Stay entertained with a 65` smart TV with Bluetooth sound bar, offering a range of apps such as Netflix, Prime, Apple and much more. For those cozy indoor days, we provide a selection of books and games for everyone to enjoy.

Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef`s dream, complete with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven and NutriBullet blender, making meal preparation a breeze.

Our holiday home is designed for those who love the great outdoors, making it perfect for mountain biking, skiing, or hiking enthusiasts. You`ll have access to local rental shops or appropriate storage if you bring your own equipment, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
For winter sports enthusiasts, our location is equidistant from Treble Cone, Cardrona, and Snow Farm ski fields, each just a 30-minute drive away.

OUR STRICT RULES:
No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm:
As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.
Minimum age requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.
No parties without prior approval:
Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.
Checkout is at 10:00 am:
We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.
No smoking inside the property:
Smokingâincluding the use of any recreational drugsâis strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Leave the property in a reasonable state:
We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard procedures will be charged at $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for replacement or professional cleaning costs.
Board games:
We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this.
BBQ cleaning:
The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
