Located near the beautiful Wellington Marina, this high-end holiday home comfortably sleeps 12 adults.

The property is a 2-story, 5 bedroom home with fantastic water and sunset views from the balcony, and a large garden featuring a putting green, Bocce Court, fire pit and bbq fascilites.

The home is on filtered water, fully air-conditioned and has laundry amenities provided.

The Space:
Bed configuration downstairs:
4 x bedrooms with Queen beds, ceiling fans and built in robes
Sofa bed (sleeps 2)
Kitchenette with bar fridge
Shared bathroom

Bed configuration upstairs:
Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite and powder room

The Neighborhood:
A brand new public boat ramp and car park is located within the Marina so feel welcome to bring your own watercraft and enjoy the safety of the Wellington Marina or adventure into the River Murray proper for water skiing, sailing, jet ski or boating.

Wellington Marina is just over an hour travel by road from Adelaide and the ideal base to explore the Coorong, Lower Lakes and the River Murray and is only 10 minutes from The Shell V-Power Motorsport park at The Bend.
