New in 2025! Escape to Hemlock Cottage – Good Hart, a charming rustic retreat located in the private Sequoia Yacht Club community. Nestled at the north end of Lamkin Road, this cozy cabin offers the perfect blend of natural beauty, modern comfort, and access to a breathtaking Lake Michigan beach.

Prime Location: Just a short stroll from the cabin, you'll discover the community's private Lake Michigan beach access. This exclusive spot seamlessly connects to the public Readmond Township Beach Reserve Park, which features picnic tables, a charcoal grill, and a playground for the kids. It's the perfect place to soak up the sun, enjoy a family barbecue, or relax by the lake.
Rustic Charm & Modern Comforts: Inside Hemlock Cottage, you'll find warm wood paneling, a fieldstone fireplace (Duraflame logs only), and a fully equipped kitchen complete with handcrafted cabinetry and modern appliances. The main floor boasts two inviting bedrooms, each with its own hand-washing sink, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, a cozy loft features twin beds and a second bathroom—ideal for accommodating two additional guests.
Outdoor Relaxation: Start your mornings on the front deck, furnished with cushioned chairs and tables, perfect for sipping coffee or enjoying a relaxed breakfast. For a more serene setting, retreat to the screened-in three season porch, which overlooks a tranquil grove of hemlock trees and a picturesque gravel path.
