Elevated and tranquil, this modern two bedroom riverside apartment in the Riviera offers unbeatable value & lifestyle. This spacious home overlooks green parklands, enjoys views of the stunning Yarra River & has a private leafy outlook from all rooms & balconies.
On the 2nd level of the landmark Riviera development, the location could not be any better! Walk along the tree-lined Yarra to nearby Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre, many cafes & all the excitement of the Bridge Road shopping strip.
The Space:
Enjoying the light and breezes that come with a South-facing aspect, this home also features an ideal open plan layout and sprawling balcony. It is an entertainer’s delight.
A standout of the property in the Riviera building is its stunning leafy outlook and views of the Yarra River from the 2 balconies.
INSIDE:
The master bedroom is grand and features a sizeable ensuite, spacious study nook and large built-in wardrobe. features an ensuite, study nook and small private balcony while both bedrooms come complete with built in robes.
SMEG stainless steel appliances feature in the modern kitchen, which is located ideally between the dining and living spaces.
Other features include split system heating and cooling in living area, Euro laundry, floating floorboards and undercover car park with lift access.
The Riviera Complex itself also features 25m indoor pool, gym, spa, sauna and has an onsite manager.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.

Split type AC/heating in living room and kitchen only.
No AC/heating unit in bedroom.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
