Built in 1890 featuring 4 bedrooms, sensational kitchen and spacious open plan lounge and dining areas. Quality bathroom, lovely courtyard and a large garage at the rear for vehicles, Nicola's will provide you with the perfect space for your next getaway. Nicola's is a restored historic townhouse, with a charming facade. You will be welcomed with the convenience of 1 off-street park in the garage. Additionally, there is free, on-street parking outside. Upon entry, you will enter the open plan living and kitchen area which has comfortable seating and thoughtful finishes. The kitchen is fully appointed containing a fridge, appliances, ample storage space and utensils to cater to all your cooking needs. The lounge-dining area has a reverse-cycle air conditioner, smart-TV, four-seater dining table, and a large couch. Downstairs are two queen bedrooms, in which you will notice the classic features and quality decor. Both rooms boasting plenty of natural sunlight, built in wardrobes and additional heating options. The front bedroom also has a dedicated desk/workspace. Upstairs, there is one queen bedroom and one double bedroom, both with beautiful decor, storage and natural light. Down a few stairs from the kitchen, you will find the laundry area which provides a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes rack. There is also an outdoor clothes line around the side of the house, as well as a dryer machine in the garage. The light filled bathroom is off the laundry area, where you will find modern amenities, such as a hairdryer and toiletries. Continuing through the house is a beautiful sunroom which is the perfect space to relax. Double doors open out to the large outdoor entertaining courtyard. Here you will find lounge chairs, an umbrella and a sizeable outdoor setting, allowing you to enjoy a meal or a glass of Tasmanian wine. There is an adjoining outdoor toilet, as well as the large garage, where you can safely park your car. Please note the floorplan for the townhouse is over 3 levels. Bedroom 3 and 4 are located upstairs. Due to the historic nature of the house the carpeted stairs are quite steep. There is a handrail and care must always be taken when using the stairs. There are also stairs leading down to the bathroom, laundry and outdoor area. The street parking is free but has a '2 hour' limit during the hours of 9am-6pm. There are a few unsigned parks around the corner.
