However, With over 265 acres of open space, 30 neighbourhood parks & playgrounds, 22 kilometers of community pathways, garden and picnic areas, community splashpad, and adult fitness park, Mahogany offers something for all outdoor enthusiasts!

Welcome to our cozy basement suite, located in a vibrant, newly developed neighborhood! As this is a brand-new community, construction is still ongoing in some areas. While we strive to keep everything clean and tidy, you may occasionally notice some construction materials like mud or small debris on the streets. This is just a sign of the neighborhood growing and evolving, and soon, this will be one of the most sought-after areas in the city!
This suite is part of a family home, with wonderful homeowners living upstairs. While the space is fully private, you may hear the occasional footsteps, chairs moving, or everyday household sounds from aboveâjust a sign of life in a warm and welcoming home. Additionally, the house features an automated air circulation system designed to keep the air fresh and comfortable. You might hear the bathroom fan kick in during late hours (between 1-5 a.m.), but rest assured, itâs simply working to maintain a pleasant environment for your stay.
