Welcome to this immaculate estate located in the heart of Southampton Village! This historic estate features a 20x40 pool, and ample living room spaces is the perfect vacation destination for those seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Located in the heart of Southampton while also being biking (or walking!) distance to the beach, this 1-acre property is nothing short of a quintessential Hamptons dream getaway. The gourmet kitchen features marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, floating wooden shelves, and an island with five high-top chairs. Any level of chef is encouraged to utilize all this space has to offer. You may dine casually around the island, or at any one of the other three wonderful dining areas. As for your indoor options, feel free to dine in the back of the home around a large farmhouse table in the sunroom, or at the more formal dining table located in an enclosed room. Set for your whole group, this table can serve as a space for formal occasions, or as a lovely work-from-home area for those needing to buckle down and get some work done. If, however, you prefer to relish in the warm Summer breeze, take the meal in the backyard under the bistro string lighting as the sun begins to paint the sky. For those seeking to have the ultimate Summer BBQ, rest assured a grill and a vast back lawn for any and all games are readily available. During the day, lay out on one of the ten lounge chairs lined along the pool, or camp out on one of the couches or daybeds. The Cryder Suite is an airy 420-square-foot suite on the second floor you can enjoy all year round. Throw on the AC during the hotter months, and curl up by the fireplace when the temperature drops. Guests staying in this suite have direct access to another quiet living space - a pleasant sitting room complete with a full-size daybed (does not have A/C). Watch a movie on the TV before drifting off to sleep in the King-sized bed equipped with top-of-the-line linens. Cryder also includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo.

The Flying Point Suite provides everything you need to rest and recharge all year-round. The cheery and spacious 250-square-foot bedroom features a luxurious King bed with top-of-the line linens. Set your ideal sleeping conditions no matter the weather using the AC. For your convenience, Flying Point contains a private ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo.

The Gibson Suite is a splendid space to drift off to sleep after a fun-filled day and wake up feeling refreshed. The 140-square-foot bedroom features a private hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower conveniently located right across the hall. You will also have direct access to a charming, private sitting room containing a full-size daybed. Have pleasant dreams as you sleep on the luxurious King-sized bed equipped with top-of-the-line linens. Gibson also includes air conditioning so you can sleep comfortably during any season.

Finally, the Mecox Suite is a bright and welcoming bedroom with 140-square feet of space. Sleep soundly and wake up feeling rejuvenated on the Queen-sized bed equipped with top-of-the-line linens. The private room comes equipped with AC to ensure you always sleep in comfort. You will also have a spacious ensuite Jack N Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower for your convenience.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that outdoor furniture and amenities are stored away during the off-season. If your booking falls between November and April, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Payment Method: Balance payments made with credit card are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 shall be made by check, ACH or wire.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $5,000 of damage protection. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.

Disappointing and Misleading Stay

We rented this house for a family trip and were extremely disappointed. The pool was broken (in 90 heat), the AC barely worked, and the house was in terrible condition — broken shower knobs, unattached toilet seat, and an ant infestation despite being told it was resolved. Worst of all, there was mold throughout the home, triggering a serious allergic reaction that required urgent care. The photos did not match the actual property, and the management company was unresponsive and unhelpful. We spent a lot of money for a completely unacceptable experience. Would not recommend.
