Quiet Seaside Heights Cottage

This 2-bedroom house sleeps four (1 queen bed + 1 bunkbed) and is recently updated with new appliances (stove, frig, smart 40" TV). Located on the quieter, north side of Seaside Heights, the home is three blocks from the beach and two blocks from the bay. Boardwalk attractions, restaurants, supermarket, and CVS are all within walking distance. Park is also one block away.
There's a shaded front porch, a large fenced yard with a deck and a gas grill, and seating in both locations. Also included are an outdoor shower, and off-street parking for two cars.
Rental includes four beach passes, two chairs, beach bag and tote.
Linens (sheets, bath/hand and beach towels) and pillows are supplied, as well as a couple of days' worth of paper towels and toilet paper.
Amenities include a dining room for 4, a pub height table and stools in the kitchen area for two, central AC system, and ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, and main bedroom.
No smoking or pets allowed.

This cottage is a perfect beach home. Stocked with all necessities, and tastefully decorated. Great location- nice, quiet residential block. Bill is a wonderful host. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home, blocks from the shore

Bill was great to work with from booking through checkout. Very responsive and accommodating. The house is very cute, clean, nicely appointed. The front porch and backyard are very nice. Only 3 blocks from the shore/boardwalk.

Great little bungalow for our young family

We had a great time visiting Seaside Heights and staying at this sweet little bungalow. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two young kids. Central AC, good wifi. The owner was very responsive. Walkable to beach, boardwalk, and Casino Pier, with a playground nearby, and parking in the driveway. Plenty of towels, very clean, and quiet. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Seaside Heights House

My daughter and I stayed for over a week in this perfect rental. Beach/boardwalk was a quick 3 blocks away. House was immaculate and had everything we could need. Perfect for my daughter and I to enjoy bonding time while she was competing in a dance competition. The porch was our favorite place to be! Definitely recommend this place! Owner was SO helpful with booking, extending our stay and answering questions!

Perfectly Peaceful Vacation

This lovely cottage is exactly as described... Clean, beautifully decorated and with every amenity a small family could desire. Great location with wonderful outdoor spaces...we made excellent use of both the front porch and backyard. Quiet, friendly neighborhood that is centrally located to beach, boardwalk and bay. Our little family really enjoyed our stay and both young (6 yo) and old (79 yo) were comfortable in this beautiful beach cottage. We would highly recommend staying here and are looking forward to returning in the future. Special thanks to the host Bill for sharing his well maintained and equipped house with us.

Fantastic peaceful and clean beach cottage in great location!

What a wonderful weekend my husband and I had in Seaside Heights! Clean, neat and updated cottage within walking distance of beach, boardwalk, water park, and a brewery. Enjoyed the front porch and backyard. Has everything you might need for a beach getaway. Bill was an awesome host. Great communication and when our plans changed a bit - he offered to flex our check in time-which really made the weekend perfect!! Thanks Bill…. If we ever decide to head back to the area- we would definitely book at your place again!

Perfect Stay

This cottage had everything we needed. Was a straight shot and within walking distance to the beach, had ample space inside and the fenced in back yard was clutch with having two young kids. We even got to catch fireworks from the backyard on July 4th weekend! We played cornhole (provided by the host) and utilized the beach cart which made transporting our stuff to the beach a breeze. It’s located at the start of the boardwalk so it was great for taking the kids out at night. Also had a nice covered front porch which we enjoyed. Host was SUPER responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

40th Wedding Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I spent our 40th Wedding Anniversary at this lovely cottage in Seaside Heights, NJ. We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful. Very neat and extremely clean. The owner, Bill, was an absolute joy to deal with. The decor and atmosphere of this home is so welcoming and “beachy” feeling. Very beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everything you need is at your fingertips, less to worry about when you’re packing for a nice vacation. The cottage is close to the beach and very quiet in a very lovely neighborhood. Beautiful backyard , very nicely landscaped.Can’t say enough about our getaway. It was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you, Bill. Hope to be back next year!

Adorable is the best word I can think of. This little house packs a punch with everything you need. It's close to everything yet away from the busy boardwalk and absolutely spotless. We will be back!

Summer vacation 2022

Our stay at the Seaside Heights Cottage was wonder. The cottage was just as described on the site. This was the cleanest well kept home we have stayed at thru the VRBO site. Bill was easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions we had. If you are looking for a really nice section of Seaside Heights to stay at, this house is the place.

Charming Super Clean Cottage!!

We stayed here a week and absolutely loved it!! The cottage is soooo clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. We especially loved sitting on the front porch at night while the sun set. The cottage is a quick walk to the boardwalk and beach which makes it very convenient! Bill was super helpful with restaurant suggestions and anything else we needed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family & friends!!

Seaside Getaway

The home we rented from Bill fulfilled everything we hoped for. It’s was immaculately clean, had all the comforts of home. Definitely enough room for my wife and I and friends who swung by for a nights stay. Convenient location 4 mins from boardwalk, beach badges and outside porch and bbq were great. Not to mention the beach chairs, cart and umbrella in backyard storage unit. We will definitely be renting again.

What a nice place!

I’ve been renting homes for many years. This is one of the nicest two bedroom homes Ive seen. From the front porch to the back yard everything was so nicely decorated, crisp and so clean. My family came down to surprise me for my birthday. What a nice dinner we had in the back yard. It was very accommodating for a dinner of eight! The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions from the beginning to end. GREAT PLACE.. excellent plus!!

Excellent location and quiet enough for families

This is a very cozy, beautifully updated property with a large beautiful back yard and a very well stocked kitchen. Also lots of extras like beach gear to borrow, etc… Would definitely stay again. We had a great time!

Sweet Summer Escape

This house is by far one of my favorite that i’ve stayed in so far. Great property, sweet neighbors, and extremely clean house. Bill made us feel right at home and was very easy to contact. The outdoor area was my favorite part- spacious front porch and backyard that was really enjoyable after a long day at the beach! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.
