Conveniently located just 7 minutes, or 2.3 miles from downtown, this beautiful contemporary home is close to all of the great shopping and restaurants that make Highlands so special. Light and spacious with modern furnishings and a screened in porch with views of the mountains invite you outside to enjoy a beverage or dine al fresco. Two living areas make this home perfect for families or couples traveling together.
Main Level:
The main level features a 2-car garage providing easy access to the home. Inside, you'll find a bright living room with a vaulted ceiling, gorgeous stone fireplace and French doors that open to a screened porch with breathtaking Blue Valley views. The lower level offers a den with and a second screened porch. The 5th bedroom is located on this level and is furnished with two twin sized bed. This level also includes another full sized bathroom.

The upper level is home to a second master suite with a private ensuite, office, closets, and a balcony. There are two guest rooms on this level furnished with queen sized mattresses, providing ample space and comfort.
