The Space:

Step into the fully equipped kitchen, where culinary dreams come to life amidst sleek modern appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and more. Delight in the convenience of finding all your basic essentials at your fingertips, from tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil etc. ensuring every meal is a masterpiece. Gather around the dining table, accommodating up to six guests with extra space at the inviting island bench, where laughter and conversation flow freely. Step outside and experience the true magic of coastal living. The ultimate outdoor kitchen awaits—complete with a BBQ, bar fridge, and plenty of space to prepare meals in the fresh sea air. Dine under the stars or entertain guests as the kids splash in the sparkling pool, creating unforgettable memories together.

Retreat to the tranquillity of four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, where rest and rejuvenation await. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and attached ensuite with a free-standing bath, walk-in shower and dual sinks. The other three bedrooms feature a queen bed, double bed, and two singles, offering ample space for families and groups. A sofa bed provides extra flexibility for sleeping arrangements upon request, ensuring everyone enjoys a peaceful night's sleep.

A washing machine and dryer are also available for your convenience, ensuring you can pack light and make the most of your coastal escape. Off-street parking is provided.

Guest Access:
Entire property available for guest use. There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self check in. Please Note: The spa is currently out of service and will not be available for use until after August.

Situated on the western side of the island, Bongaree boasts a unique blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and urban conveniences. It serves as the heart of Bribie Island, boasting a vibrant community atmosphere and a range of amenities to cater to residents' needs. The bustling main street is lined with charming cafes, boutique shops, and family-owned restaurants serving up delicious cuisine. The local markets offer fresh produce, artisanal goods, and handmade crafts, providing a vibrant gathering place for locals and visitors alike.

Getting Around:
Walk or drive to the many local places close by. Ubers & Taxis also available if needed.

Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*Please Note: The spa is currently out of service and will not be available for use until after August.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
