The 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo sleeps up to 10 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 1835 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, which includes 2 KING BEDS, 1 XL FULL OVER QUEEN BUNK BED WITH XL FULL TRUNDLE AND A PACK & PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.

Experience one of Winter Park's most stunning properties, featuring high-end finishes on an one-level open floor plan (No Steps Required!) and an unbeatable location. Situated in a private setting, this unit is within walking distance of the Winter Park Ski area and the beautiful Fraser River Trail. The property has been completely remodeled down to the studs, resulting in a modern masterpiece custom-designed by the owners with the expertise of Steffen Design Consulting and meticulously completed by Steffen Builders West.
This exceptional unit offers three bedrooms, including two suites and one guest bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The primary bath contains a steam shower and heated clothes/ towel rack. Each bedroom contains it's own 4K TV with Xfinity streaming. Upgraded high speed internet is provided.
The kitchen is designed for entertaining, with a breathtaking views of the Winter Park Resort. The kitchen includes a Waterdrop tankless reverse osmosis water filter system, a Wolf range and a Marvel Professional wine cooler. The glass-filled dining and living areas create a seamless connection to the scenic outdoors, and the private deck is perfect for soaking in the afternoon sunshine and panoramic views with its natural gas grill and Fire Pit. Ample seating for six is provided at the dinning table with another four leather breakfast bar seats at the large kitchen island.
The Living area contains a large temperature modulating natural gas fireplace and 65 inch 4K TV. The Sonos Sound System throughout the 1835 square feet of living space along with the comfort of the radiant heated floors compliments the luxurious ambiance of your stay here.
High-end finishes throughout the unit include hand-picked granite countertops, custom-built cabinetry, and custom tile finishes in the bathrooms, with Italian tile flooring in the main living area. All interior doors are crafted from cherry wood paneling and the upgraded lighting fixtures and features add to the luxurious ambiance.
The spacious laundry room contains a heated clothes rack, ample storage, and the custom-built closets feature cabinetry and automatic lighting.
This exquisite location offers outdoor activities just steps away, as well as access to a common hot tub. Additional amenities include private heated underground parking with elevator access directly to the unit. Parking for two cars in the heated underground garage is provided with an additional two outside parking spots.

This condo has one of the best locations available, situated close to the Winter Park Resort base village with a FREE shuttle 100 yards away. The base area has various activities throughout the year which includes skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, and scheduled entertainment. The resort village also offers several summer attractions including Trestle, one of North America's largest mountain bike parks, an alpine slide, mini golf, and more. There is also a fantastic rec center just down the road (pictured & OFFSITE/FEE), that has multiple swimming pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, outdoor playground and gymnasiums.

The Town of Winter Park is only a 5 minute drive or FREE shuttle away, with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, night life and various scheduled events and activities at the Hideaway Park amphitheater. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation. Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Parking in the complex is by permit only, and the property will come with 4 parking spaces for a max of 4 vehicles (1 assigned garage spot, 1 garage overflow spot available first come first serve, & 2 exterior spots). The E-charger in the parking spot is NOT for guest use as per the HOA. STR License #026806
