Wonderful stay and fantastic for our family group of 10. We loved the pool and the outdoor area and the location. We also loved watching the plans arrive and depart. House was lovely however some fittings need attention ie tap in ensuite, some mattresses upstairs may need updating and some amenities listed were not available ie beach towels and hair dryer. We all loved the house and had a great time.

Property was fantastic for our large family group. Host was very responsive and accommodating to our queries and requests. Property is close to town but located in a spot which allows privacy and great entertaining.

A Very spacious comfortable house, it would however benefit by having an air conditioning unit located in the main living area. We did have an ant infestation in one of the upper bedrooms but this was attended to by the cleaner who came the following day, very efficient.This home is ideally suited for large families with plenty of space to relax both inside and out, the property is well maintained and in a pleasant location, to see the remainder of the island I would recommend hiring your own transport, as we did.

We had a wonderful 8 day stay at Vanivas Villa. This property is comfortable and private, and the outdoor area & pool were just magical. Exactly what we needed for a family & friend holiday. The only issues we had were with the fridge & washing machine. Neither appliance held up very well, however there is a Laundromat in town that can be used if necessary. Despite this, the property is truly special and we would all definitely come back.

Vaniva’s Villa

Stayed in July 2025, Beautiful Villa, Very spacious, great for families , the pool is added bonus for days where you want to relax and chill. Location to Airport and town very close. Thank you to Janet, very friendly and excellent communication from before arrival to arriving and on the island. Our Family group enjoyed staying at Vaniva’s Villa. Highly recommend A, Meitaki Maata

Beautiful home, very spacious for our family of 7 adults & 3children. We loved the sheltered outdoor bbq and pool area that our family greatly enjoyed on a daily basis. Great location, close to airport, Punanga Nui Market and beaches. Grandchildren enjoyed watching the planes landing and taking off. Janet was quick to attend to the small issues we had. Had a wonderful time.

Highly recommend Vaniva's Villa for large groups! The entire home is spacious! My family absolutely loved our stay here - we enjoyed the pool and deck seated area. BONUS! We watched our sisters' flight land from the deck!! The two downstairs rooms are air conditioned. There are portable fans available upstairs, however the breeze was cool when windows were left open. We will definitely book again when travelling in a large group at Vaniva's Villa!

Thank you, Charlie and Janet!This place has the best location for post sunset and a great view of the airport from behind. It's in a quiet area and feels so homely. We had a group of 19, with 10 staying at the villa and the rest at a nearby hotel, but this was our meeting point in the mornings and evenings. Such a beautiful place! Check-in and check-out were easy, thanks to Janet, and my elderly parents & kiddies had a smooth experience and really enjoyed it. Meitaki Ma'ata Janet.

Great home to accomodate groups/families. Excellent set up, hand to everything you need, was great having a washing machine, awesome pool to cool off in, outdoor area was nice to lounge out in, well looked after, efficient communication with the property manager, the only thing is main bedroom side of the house is run on solar so air conditioning cuts out around 1am and the power points are run on this as well… the power runs out fast in that part of the house even after being out with nothing on all day. This was not a big problem at all… an extension cord and fan helped keep the room cool for a good sleep

We stayed here for 7 days and had such a great experience. The property is very kid-friendly and had everything we needed all utensils, washing machine (with washing powder), WiFi, and even some basic food and water to get us by when we first arrived. The outdoor area is so big and spacious for a family bbq or to lounge around, not to mention the pool. The rooms were spacious, master bedroom has air con and an ensuite. The second bedroom downstairs also has air con. The house also has a bathroom downstairs and one upstairs and are well-equipped, making it super comfortable for a family with young kids.The property manager was fantastic very responsive, helpful, and even waited for us when our flight was delayed, which we really appreciated.The location is perfect too, right at the back of the airport (so convenient!) and only a short drive to the town centre.When we come back to Raro, we’ll definitely be booking here again!
