Teres Residence est une grande maison spacieuse de 4 chambres récemment construite, située à seulement 200 mètres de l'une des plus belles plages de Rarotonga, idéale pour la plongée avec tuba et la natation. La maison est idéale pour recevoir avec deux ponts attrapant le soleil du matin et du soir. Avec une salle de télévision supplémentaire / chambre avec lits superposés, cette maison est idéale si vous voyagez avec des enfants ou des groupes nombreux. Il se trouve à distance de marche des restaurants New Moana et Little Polynesian.

It was an amazing stay with such a great location. House had everything that you needed & you felt like you were at home!! Had an abundance of necessities such as towels, kitchen needs. We stayed with another family and were all extremely impressed by this home and the location. Everything was very clean and modern, the deck was huge and sunny and it was a very short walk to one of the best beaches for snorkling. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with and we were very sad to leave the house and the lovely dogs who hang around to keep us company. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tere’s Residence. The house was well looked after, beautifully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 adults, 3 children & 1 infant. It had all the bells & whistles in the kitchen, bathroom, lounge areas & outdoor equipment too. Great spot if you are wanting to spend time at the beach as it’s only just at the end of the drive. Thank you to the hosts who were helpful and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back again.

We had a wonderful 10 days with family, the house is so spacious and accommodated the 6 adults and 1 teenager comfortably. The outside space on the decks on both sides of the house was well used during our stay. Everything you could want is in the house, lots of beach towels was provided and a real blessing. We loved all the local dogs and chooks that came by to say hi! The location to the beach was perfect for snorkelling and watching the sunset. The locals are friendly and the house is situated between all the activities that we booked (Te Vara Nui, KiteSup, Moana sea scooters and the food market in Muri. We would recommend this property for families of all sizes. Really good value for money
Walking on the local beach and greeted by all the dogs was definitely a highlight
The back deck offers a respite from the afternoon sun with a little breeze off the ocean
Some of the best snorkelling and beach on your doorstep
The massive front deck is lovely to sit in the morning or stargazing in he evening

Great spot for family holiday!

A modern, roomy, well equipped, clean and comfortable 4-bedroom house in the Titikaveka district, 10 minutes' drive to the west of Muri Beach. The house is located in a residential area 5 minutes' walk from the beach and lagoon which is great swimming. Great restaurants and cafes within 10-15 minutes' drive in either direction.Would recommend having a car (or modpeds) as on the opposite side of the island from Avarua and the airport.We had a great stay - very relaxed and enjoyable. Wonderful family stay

The property is well situated close to Miri , restaurants, and a nice swimming beach. Lovely island breakfast bar. Large bedrooms . The only thing was the bedroom without windows was very warm and the fan ticked randomly.

Overall an excellent stay, just minutes from the beautiful lagoon in Titikaveka. Large open spacious property, expected wear and tear, but overall tidy and comfortable. We had an issue with the dishwasher which the hosts were very quick to remedy for us. Easy communication with hosts! Would definitely stay again

Great spot

Beautiful, relaxing home with plenty of space for us all (9). Easy, quick walk to a beautiful swimming/snorkelling beach. Charlies nearby is fantastic, but the house is a bit further from other cafes and restaurants - easy bus ride, scooter or drive. Thank you for having us, we'd love to come back!

The Teres Residence was a lovely home. with pleanty of space for our large family. i found the location great as it was a small drive 7min to Muri and 20 min into town. There was perfect swmming/snorkeling across the road for all ages. We had anumber of very rainy days so the indoor.space and the large covered deck where awesome. A small toy box and pleanty of dvds. heaps of reef shoes and flippers to borrow. And a good supply of towels. I would book again.

Family wedding

We stayed at the Teres Residency for our sons wedding in Rarotonga. The house was amazing for our family and young children. It was close to the beach and all other amenities. The house is well equipped with everything you need and it was great to have the outdoor decking on both sides of the house. I would highly recommend this property for families or larger groups.

Awesome place

Thank you to Jenna for an amazing stay, your property is beautiful, booking was easy, and communication has been top notch! The proximity to an awesome beach was definitely the highlight, being able to walk 1 minute to white sands and great snorkeling. The only downside, which wasn't any fault of the Property, was just all the neighboring dogs in the area! They were barking all night long, so we all struggled sleeping, but again not a fault on the property, just something to note for others. Thank you once again, we loved our stay :)

Great bach for a larger family.

Perfect sized house for 3 generations with cot and highchair for the baby. Quick 2-minute walk to the loveliest beach (cross the main road and take the grass accessway between the 2 beach front studios). Outdoor shower made life easy. Friendly dogs spent the day on the lawn. Mattresses harder than we are used to but an ideal house for a large family with a great kitchen, bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Awesome to have masks, fins and snorkels to use along with a kayak. Thank you!

Our stay at Tere's residence from January 6 to 12 was such a fantastic experience that we decided to extend it until January 15 and we are so glad we did with availability. The home provided everything we needed as a household, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient.The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of essential supplies being available. We brought our own pantry items but found the welcome fruit tray to be a wonderful and warm gesture, it truly made us feel at home.The house had a cozy and inviting vibe, with a DVD player and plenty of entertainment options to keep the family relaxed and happy during downtime. Had swimming equioments such as goggles and reef shoes, kids and adults. A very short walk to the beach, that was super. The space was homely yet spacious, offering a pleasant environment for all of us to enjoy together.We loved how well-maintained and clean everything was, and the attention to detail really stood out. From the comfortable furnishings to the little touches that made us feel welcome, everything contributed to a memorable and pleasant stay.The bedrooms was super sized and just love it.Thank you for such a wonderful experience, Jenna and George. We will definitely recommend your holiday home to others and hope to visit again in the future.

Modern and spacious home a short walk from beach

Thanks Jenna and George for being excellent hosts and checking in on us. Beautiful and hugely spacious house including all 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans was perfect for our 2 small families (5 adults and 1 teen). Kitchen fully equipped, more than expected. Wee issue with washing machine was fixed promptly. Our teen son didn't mind the bedroom with no windows (quite large room with double bed plus bunks and a tv). Neighbouring dogs were super friendly, who were polite and knew their boundaries, but noisy some nights. Short walk to beach, excellent location for snorkeling and swimming. Highly recommend meals at Moana Sands Beachfront restaurant (15-20 min walk) and Yellow Hibiscus restaurant at Palm Grove (too far to walk). Excellent burgers at Burger Joint at Muri. Having your own wheels essential if you're planning on eating out a lot. Our highlights were Papa Turtle tours, Koka Lagoon cruise and Te Vara Nui. We used Kai Mani Shuttles (very professional). We have visited Rarotonga several times before and still enjoy everything about the island and it's happy people. Looking forward to returning one day to what now feels like a home away from home.

Very nice and clean house

This house was perfect for our large family. The space was very modern and very clean! We had an awesome time and George was so lovely and helped us wherever we needed it. The only thing missing was a few things in the kitchen for when we had our BBQ (the knives were broken) however that is such a minor in comparison to the amazing place.

We had a great time in a great place

The house suited us perfectly. Big decks, outdoor showers and plenty of space to relax. Only a short work to the beach and not far to drive night markets and other attractions
