Just off the living room, a charming sunroom awaits with a plush sectional and warm patio lights—an inviting space for morning coffee or family game nights.

The first floor offers two bedrooms: one with twin bunk beds and another with two twin beds. A full bathroom with a large shower is located between them.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and TV, while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, bonus sitting area with sofa, and TV. A full bathroom with a shower serves the second floor.

Outdoor Living:

"We just had the pleasure of staying in this charming house for a lovely July week. We really loved it! It was absolutely beyond perfect for our family --including our 2 grandchildren ---(3yrs & 21 months.) The house was beautifully decorated and it personified Cape Cod. Everyday we piled our beach stuff in a wagon and took a very short walk down a quiet & friendly street to a beautiful beach. The house was so conveniently located that in the evening we were able to walk into town (Main St.) for dinner and of course, ice cream! A few nights we had a bbq in the lovely backyard. The kids had a ball in the outside shower and running around and playing in the great yard. The house accommodated all of us perfectly--with 4 bedrooms and an extra separate area off one of the large bedrooms for a crib. "Our family of seven had a great time in this house with plenty of space inside and out. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals and games. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you might need for virtually any type of meal. The bedrooms are good sized with comfortable beds and bedding. We visited in the summertime with temperatures in the 90s and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. All of the rooms in the house are decorated in a manner that reminds you that you are in Cape Cod. There are lots of board and card games for good family fun and plenty of books and magazines on hand for interesting reading. We had our morning coffee and night time meals in the spacious backyard. The beach is close and the town area is walking distance (but it can be a long walk with little kids!). The information book in the front room has everything you need to know about getting around the Cape. — A M. California,

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
