Summary:
Sea Breeze Paradise is a newly renovated home. A paradise for those of you who want to enjoy the sun and fresh air with ease. When you rent this house, you will feel like you're away from it all, very private! It sits in a lovely, quiet neighborhood setback with amazing water views throughout the entire backyard.
The Space:
The patio on the waterside and water views are to die for. Enjoy the water views from many different angles. You are able to do so much when you stay in this 3-bedroom home that sleeps 6. Across the lawn, there is a separate guest house (no bathroom in the guest house). It has sofa beds and a game room office.
If doing nothing is what you prefer, you can lay in the sun in your own private yard in the summer months or sit and relax, with a glass of wine that you just brought back from one of the great vineyards. There are 2 vineyards a few walks away from the home. The one-woman winery is within walking distance as well as the local farm stands, and restaurants. The stores are within 1-2 miles of groceries, and they deliver!
We have the highest-speed internet for you as well! Oh, and did I tell you, just walk right down the block to enjoy time at the beach! Just beautiful. This property is available for rental all year round!

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
