There are two spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, TV, and balcony access. The second room includes a king bed that can be split into two single beds upon request.

Extra bed.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests or children.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
