The Pines Cottage is only 7 doors to the life-guarded beach and can accommodate 10 guests.
This 1925 historic cottage and back guest cottage have been completely remodeled and redecorated to provide modern comfort in a charming setting.
The darling main cottage has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms and guest cottage has 1 large Bedroom and 1 Full Bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has one Queen bed with Tommy Bahama linens and Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds with Pottery Barn linens.
These 2 bedrooms share a private full bathroom with a tiled shower.
Bedroom 3 is a Ensuite Bedroom with one Queen bed, Ralph Lauren linens and a private full bathroom with a tiled shower.
Bedroom 4, located on the 2nd Floor, is a Ensuite Bedroom with one Queen bed with Beach Bungalow linens and a private full bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 5 is in the separate guest cottage and has two Queen beds with Horchow linens and a private full bathroom.
The Loft Sitting Room has a rattan sofa and three chairs upholstered with Tommy Bahama fabric and a coffee table. Enjoy watching TV or reading in this delightful space.
The entire 2nd Floor has new hardwood flooring.
The Living Room and Dining Room are open concept with a vaulted ceiling, sky light, decorative fireplace and designer fabrics.
The Kitchen has been completely remodeled and is fully equipped with new Cafe appliances, granite countertops, lighting, hardwood floors, dishes, glasses and flatware, KitchenAid mixer and more.
The Screened Porch is one of the larger porches in Rehoboth Beach and is beautifully furnished for relaxation with plenty of comfortable wicker and rattan seating, decorator fabric cushions and ceiling fan.
The Porch Dining Table seats 8 and there is an additional table for dining, playing games and putting puzzles together that seats 4.
The Porch has a new TV.
Guests will enjoy having a full size, stacked washer and dryer.
The Pines Cottage has central heating and air conditioning.
The outside shower has hot and cold water.
The large Patio has Adirondack Chairs, a Picnic Table, a Charcoal Grill and Clothesline in a private garden setting.
Rentals are available for as few as 3 nights in the Spring and Fall and by the week in the Summer, Friday to Friday, with Check-in at 3:30 pm and Check-out at 10:30 am.

The Pines Cottage sleeps 10 guests.
There is off street parking for 3 cars and 2 seasonal parking permits are provided for on street parking for rentals mid May and mid September.
Linen Information ~
** Kitchen Tea Towels and Dish Towels, Bedspreads, Pillows, Pillow Protectors, Mattress Pads and Mattress Protectors are provided as part of your rental.
** We do not provide linen service. Guests have the option to bring linens or rent linens locally.
** Guests bring their own Beach Towels.

Beach Chairs and Umbrellas can be rented on the beach between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Supplies provided:
Starter rolls of Paper Towels, 1 roll of Toilet Paper in each Bathroom, 1 set of Trash/Recycling Bags, Laundry Detergent, Glass Top Range Cleaner, Dish Washing Liquid, Dishwasher Detergent, Brillo, 1 Sponge, Hand Soap in each Bathroom, Charcoal, Lighter Fluid, Grill Utensils, Broom, Dust Pan, Mop, Bucket and Replacement Light Bulbs.
