A newly-built 3-bedroom 6-guest duplex tranquil holiday home, the Luxury Townhouse Maroochydore features designer interiors with stylish interior, modern decor, and al fresco entertaining around your private pool - and it is so close to all the Sunshine Coast has to offer for your coastal family getaway. If you are a professional working locally looking for a long-stay accommodation this Sunshine Coast holiday rental is perfect as it is steps to Maroochydore's CBD, nearby is the Sunshine Plaza, Cotton Tree dining precinct, and local iconic beaches such as Mooloolaba, and Alexandra Headland.
Property is pet-friendly for 1 x small dog, but only ON Application!
The property is set across two levels with an ease of access floor plan to provide space for all guests to stretch out and relax. Three bedrooms are on the upper level featuring 1 x KB, 1 x QB, and 2 x King Single beds. The bathrooms offer a palette of neutral tones with a bath, vanity, toilet and walk-in shower in the KB ensuite bathroom, while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. No expense has been spared with superb modern touches throughout. There is a separate toilet powder room on the ground level. A private office is also set up for work-from-home professionals or guests willing to check in to the office on holiday.
There are two living areas, and a premium kitchen with high-end appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The patio is importantly north facing with a BBQ which is built-in alongside a drinks fridge - all overlooking your private plunge pool. The separate laundry features a washing machine. The interior has been treated with care and includes cool polished concrete flooring on the ground level, timber flooring and plush carpets on the level above. There is ducted air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans for those warm summer days. Caesarstone benches feature across the bathrooms while over in the kitchen there are Miele appliances including integrated dishwasher, a large 800mm induction cooktop and butler's pantry.
Please note there is no garage access with car parking either in the driveway or the street. No parties, hens, events, school leavers, thank you for understanding. Children are to be supervised at all times around the staircase and pool without exception. All linen and bed-makes are provided, but do not forget to bring your beach towel!
