Welcome to our duplex home! Your accommodation is located on the right side; please refrain from entering the left side, which is a private area. The parking and entrance are exclusively for your use, ensuring your stay is convenient.**1 right garage + plenty of parking on the street***
As you enter, you will find a simple and comfortable shoe rack for your convenience. To help maintain the cleanliness of the space, we kindly ask that you remove your outdoor shoes upon entering and cherish our home.
The property features two uniquely styled bedrooms: one double room with a queen-size bed and another room with bunk beds, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together.
You'll enjoy a spacious and comfortable shower room, along with a separate toilet for your convenience.
The open kitchen is equipped with various tableware, including bowls, plates, and wine glasses, which you are welcome to use at any time. Additionally, we provide tea and instant coffee so you can enjoy a warm drink whenever you like.
The kitchen also includes basic cooking utensils, allowing you to easily prepare delicious meals and enjoy your own unique dining experience.
For your convenience, we have a washing machine and dryer available, so you can easily manage laundry regardless of the weather. We also provide an iron and ironing board, ensuring you look your best before heading out.

We will provide 1 keys and 1 remote control. If a key is lost or locked inside, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are not allowed, and quiet hours must be observed. If noise is excessive after 10 PM, neighbors may contact us, local security, or the police.
Please remember to wear slippers inside the house to keep it clean.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In Time: 3 PM. We will automatically send check-in instructions to you 1 day before your arrival, so please keep an eye out for that.
Check-Out Time: 10 AM. Check-out instructions will also be sent automatically 1 day before departure. Please take a photo of the returned keys upon check-out.
Last-Minute Bookings:
We usually require at least a day to arrange cleaning. If you book on the same day, we cannot guarantee check-in at 3 PM. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, so please let us know your arrival time in advance!
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
If you would like to check in early, please contact us at least one day prior to your arrival. Our standard check-in time is 3 PM to ensure our cleaning staff has enough time to prepare the house.
