Wonderful

Everyone who stayed here loved it. Very convenient, loads of parking, easy in and out. The home is fresh, clean and incredibly comfortable. The owner was easy to work with and very nice.

Great and spacious house.

We were a group of 8, including a baby, kid, preteen and adults. There was plenty of space for all and a whole floor to spare. Great vacation home.

Wonderful family friendly home

Great home for family with small children and pets. Home was very clean and location is great! The owner was very responsive when one of the shower drains was draining slowly. He responded quickly and had the issue fix within 2 hours. Wonderful service. Would stay here again.

Perfect

The place was great. Everything was provided. Linens and towels were in abundance. The appliances all appeared brand new and worked great. The yard was huge and worked out great for our two dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and wonderful

Very pleasant home and host. Our group of ten was able to comfortably enjoy our weekend in this nice clean house. Linens, kitchenware and anything else you might need was also available. Easy in and out and great communication with the host. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area.

Great home

Great place with lots of room. The only thing we would suggest is the sofa in living room be a bit higher. It was tough getting up from it. Other than that, very nice home and super clean.

Great place for family gathering

I was very impressed with this house. Very spacious, clean and lots of room for hanging out with family and sleeping arrangements. Though we did not use the backyard, it was large and suitable for outdoor grilling and activities. Downtown Princeton was minutes away and very easy to get to. Our host James was accessible at all times though we did not need to contact him. I plan to book it again.

4-day stay in Princeton

We had family events in NJ so several family members were in town. A few of us stayed at this house. It was perfect for the group. The home was immaculately clean, each room so well appointed and was so homey and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The street could be a little noisy but that’s more of an observation than an annoyance. It’s also a super quick drive into the town of Princeton so that was really convenient. When we rent another VRBO I hope it meets these standards.

Princeton Getaway

My high school girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at Howard’s place. We had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. He even let me check in a couple hours early when I couldn’t get an outlet for my computer in town. Princeton is only a 9 minute drive and it’s super direct. Easy to have our meals there, but the kitchen is well appointed. We were able to hang out at the kitchen table and the living room. Back yard is nice and large. So much fun!

I felt fancy.

This whole home is fully renovated with the most giant backyard. It was perfect for my business trip. My service animal tagged along and absolutely loved running in the large yard. The kitchen is beyond gorgeous and the whole home is warming. I felt like Beyoncé staying in such a lovely home. Would definitely come back during another business trip.

Great property. Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our week here as we waited for our new home to be ready. James was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. Recommend this property.

Good house

Pretty good. But I dnt like how they tried to charge me extra. I paid the cleaning fee that’s included already for the house that’s more than enough for the inconveniences. They should include that there are cameras on the property too.

To anyone that may be reading this - the inconvenience that this review mentions is that, while the guest explained that he and his 4 friends would be at the house to hang out for the weekend, a 20+ person party was thrown (despite the listing stating that events of any sort are not allowed). I asked for compensation to pay for damages and for the extra time it took my cleaning team to bring the house back to normal. I do not charge guests for expected wear and tear. I do agree with the review’s point about cameras and will add that information to the listing description. There are two cameras: one next to the front door, and one above the garage. They are in place specifically to watch out for situations like this. There are no cameras within the house.

wonderful family vacation!

Our family gathered for Thanksgiving- for the first time since covid- and this property provided the perfect spot. The house was spacious- 9we were even able to sit in the sun room in the afternoon despite cold temperatures) the yard was wonderful (we could play a little football even with the cold weather). It was an wonderful family stay!!!! We loved the location- runs next to the river and close to Princeton campus and town. We would stay again as a family stay.

This property was exactly what my family and I were looking for. Lots of space on the interior and exterior and was beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend this home to another guest!

Beautiful home, great stay!

Beautiful property, nice contemporary furnishings and a great convenient location. Beds were very comfortable. Spacious for 8 adults to spread out and be comfortable.
