Situated within a 30-acre lemon orchard in the rolling hills of Somis in Southern California. This luxurious property offers much privacy and peaceful surroundings with an emphasis on easy living, both inside and out.

Along with the 30-acre lemon orchard, the villa also features 2 acres of landscaped manicured gardens with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It is no wonder that the villa has been used for many major film productions, commercials, photoshoots, and TV shows.

The moment you arrive at the private gates of this elegant estate, you will instantly feel that you have been magically transported to a picturesque hillside in Tuscany with the scent of lemon trees welcoming you along the avenue. As you enter the villa, it is evident that much love and attention has gone into the décor to create a romantic yet welcoming home. Comfortable couches and an oversized armchair with a footstool occupy the light and bright living area, leading directly out onto the spacious patio, through large glass doors. The adjoining kitchen is very well equipped and features stainless steel appliances, an island with a food prep area, a sink, and seating. The separate formal dining room can seat up to 8 guests around an impressive dark wood table. The house is adorned with beautiful antique furniture pieces and eye-catching unique chandeliers.

Entertainment opportunities are never far away, both inside and outdoors. Inside the villa, guests can enjoy a very spacious TV room with Satellite/Cable TV, video library, Ping Pong Table, and various board games. Outside, occupying an impressive 10,000 square foot terrace, there are many spaces set up for Al Fresco Dining and various beautiful seating areas with couches and armchairs and even an outside fireplace. The swimming pool and hot tub provide your guests with a place to relax after an exhilarating game of volleyball, basketball, or football. Your guests can gather together or disappear in smaller groups as there is plenty of space for everybody, together or apart.
