The space
Nestled amidst the picturesque Wiltshire countryside and with origins dating back to the late 17th Century, Manor Estate offers a captivating retreat for those seeking an unforgettable holiday experience. Whether you are planning a special occasion, friend's reunion or relaxed retreat, you are guaranteed to make special memories here.

As you walk through the front door, the ground floor is home to a fully equipped newly fitted kitchen and WC. Ascend the stairs to find three spacious en-suite bedrooms and drawing/dining room. The South Wing offers lavish self-catering accommodation whilst being an ideal base from which to explore Stonehenge, Salisbury and the local area.

On a warm summer’s day, guests can enjoy watching swans swim along the river Till. The south-facing riverside gardens allow plenty of space for lawn games, meals under the canopy, and late night talks around the fire pit.

Manor Estate is within walking distance of the local pub and a short drive to Stonehenge and Salisbury.

Our Luxurious Bedrooms
ꕤ One of the oldest rooms in the house, the 'Alexander Suite' boasts a beautiful William Morris style ceiling, open fire, lounge area and en-suite with bath and shower. The Super King size Hypnos bed and hypo allergenic bedding make for a cosy and restful night’s sleep despite the vast size of the room itself.

ꕤ Opposite the Alexander Suite and with its own contemporary en-suite, our 'Furness' twin room offers versatile accommodation for couples or friends. The Hypnos beds may also be pushed together to create a super king if preferred.

ꕤ Down the corridor and with beautiful views of the gardens, the 'Turner' Room boasts a King size Hypnos bed, cosy seating area and large en-suite with bath and shower.

Guest access
Guests will have sole use of the South Wing grounds and accommodation. Whilst it is attached to the main house, you will feel like you have the place to yourselves.
Other things to note
Please note, over 12s only and no pets in South Wing. We have a 4-bed wing at the other end of the Estate which sleeps 8 and is child friendly.

Manor Estate has a spacious barn with a seating capacity of 120 which is available for hire. Should you wish to hire the venue for an event in conjunction with the accommodation, please do drop us a message and we will be happy to discuss options with you. Every inch a family home, we are not stuffy or formal but relaxed and welcoming – allowing you to make the venue and barn yours for your stay.
