This welcoming space is bright and spacious, with large windows throughout. The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful historic building, above a professional clinic. It has been renovated top to bottom, with modern appliances and fixtures, and stylish comfortable furnishings throughout.

The main space features a fully-stocked kitchen with custom cabinetry, and new appliances including: a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and drip coffee-maker. Coffee, teas, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spices, salt and pepper are provided.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room which showcases a leather couch, two chairs, two bar stools and 65' Apple TV.

Off of the kitchen is a stunning sun-room style dining area for up to four guests, a beautiful place to share a meal with friends or family.

The two bedrooms both feature queen Endy mattresses, with crisp white linens, 4 pillows per bed, and extra blankets available for your comfort. Each room has lovely closets and organizers. Black out blinds are also available in both bedrooms.

There is a dedicated work space with a desk, chair and high speed internet.

Finally, the bathroom showcases a gorgeous floating vanity, mirror, and large rain shower, with bright fluffy towels provided. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Split-duct heating and cooling allows for fine tuning the temperature in each room to maximize every guest's comfort.

New washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies are available for your use, if needed.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. It located downtown and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and entertainment; but out of the hustle and bustle of the core, so that you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay.

There is free parking for up to 4 vehicles conveniently located on site, in either the front or back parking lot of the building.

House Rules:

1. Please do not wear your shoes in the apartment.

2. No smoking on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee to guests.

3. No pets. Evidence of pets will result in a $500 fee to guests.

4. No parties or large social gatherings. Evidence of such will result in a $500 fee to guests and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

5. No additional guests on the property unless pre-arranged and approved by hosts. Additional guests will result in a $100 fee per guest, per day.

6. Check-in and check-out times are firm unless alternative arrangements have been previously arranged. $50/hour fee for late check-outs will be applied otherwise.

7. If any property is damaged, lost or stolen, guests will be charged for replacement.
