If you are traveling in the Monett, MO area and looking for someone to stay that is pet friendly I would recommend staying here! The hosts are very thoughtful and this loft in an old building downtown is very charming!

The host was very communicative and friendly. When we arrive, we were so surprised to find they had some snacks on the counter, drinks in the fridge and a supply of K-cups for our morning coffee. All of this was so appreciated after a long drive to get there. We were in town to visit our daughter and her family and found this a much preferred accommodation compared to a hotel. The loft was well appointed and is in a great location. We will definitely be staying here again.

If you’re looking for a place nearby, this is it…even if you have to drive an additional 20 minutes to get to your meeting, or event. It is totally worth it.I would definitely stay there again.

Just Perfect

This adorable loft in downtown Monett was perfect for our trip.Check-in was so easy and the hosts provided a great basket of snacks and it's a quiet area.You won't be disappointed with this rental!

The loft was just as described. The only main thing I would caution someone on are the stairs. If you have trouble walking stairs this place will be hard for you. Other than that it was great. We had a small issue with the internet but the host came by and fixed it. Location is incredible, my family and I went for walks around downtown every night. I travel to Monett for work a few times a year and will definitely be booking the lofts again.

Perfect old downtown loft

This might be my favorite place to stay. I hope this old downtown comes back to life because this is a gem of a place. We walked a few doors down to the historical museum where we got an amazing tour. Go get coffee at Great Dave’s Coffee on the way to the museum. This is a great place to stay if you love historic streets

This place was fantastic! This is a historic renovation on the quaint main street of downtown Monett. The block it is on is an old, Midwest Main Street - a great coffeeshop and bookstore downstairs. And another historic renovation brewery a block away. It feels a bit like going back in time with modern amenities. High ceilings, tons of natural light, wood floors… why would you ever stay at the motels in town if this place is available? Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Ample parking.

Absolutely Fantastic

We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in the Loft. Clean, comfortable, up-to-date, and within walking distance of great venues, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The hosts (Thad and Rexanna) were super friendly and helpful during the entire process. We cannot recommend it enough. Thank you for such a great experience. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Get away weekend

Absolutely impressed with the Loft. In this case the pictures did not do the place justice. Opened the door and both of us relaxed into the apartment. Stayed an extra night. Will come back sometime in the future.

Great communication. Very cute place to stay. Love the balcony view of downtown. Great coffee shop next door. The unit is upstairs (beautiful staircase), which was not a problem for us. Only stayed 1 night but I would definitely stay here again if I need to stay overnight in Monett.

This was a very clean and cute space! Loved how there was shopping, a bookstore and coffee shop within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again and great host!
