Welcome to our newly built 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse with a private car park. Located in a peaceful residential area on the edge of the CBD, it offers convenient access to transport via Moorhouse Ave and is close to the revitalised Lancaster Park. This stylish two-story home boasts an open-plan living area that flows onto a sunny deck. The property includes a full kitchen, queen bed, two King Single beds, and a sofa bed, ensuring a comfortable stay. Free Wifi.
This affordable stay is a 2-storey property with an open-plan layout. The full kitchen, living, and dining areas are comfortable and easy to heat/cool. Step outside to a charming outdoor space, perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee. The living area also includes a sofa bed (a extra charge may apply depending on guest numbers selected).
• Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen comes stocked with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals, including modern appliances, cookware, and pantry essentials like salt, pepper, and sugar. Enjoy added extras such as instant and plunger coffee, a selection of teas, drinking chocolate, milk, and sweet treats.
• Dining Area
The indoor dining table comfortably seats four, while an additional outdoor dining set for two allows you to enjoy meals in the fresh air.
• Comfortable Bedrooms
Relax in the inviting Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, while the second bedroom offers two King Single beds with plush toppers and fresh linens. (please note the King Single bedroom door doesn't close fully, due to the bed placement)
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an extra guest if needed. Linen fee may apply.

Stay connected with fast and reliable Wi-Fi, ideal for work or streaming. The 50” smart TV in the living area provides access to live programs and streaming services for endless entertainment.

A full bathroom upstairs and an additional separate toilet downstairs offer convenience. Upstairs bathroom is equipped with:

For longer stays, take advantage of the washing machine, laundry powder, iron, ironing board, and outdoor clothesline, conveniently located near the kitchen.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
