Spacious deluxe apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and FREE secure carpark.
Apartment with open plan kitchen, dining and living areas plus a balcony with great views!
This accommodation is near Melbourne Convention Centre, Crown Casino, South Warf, DFO & South Melbourne Market. You will be right in the heart of it all & within walking distance to restaurants and bars but also have access to free trams.
Our facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium and BBQ area.
Our accommodation has the flexibility to offer the following bedding configurations:-
- 3 x King beds
- 2 x King beds and 2 x single beds
- 1 x King bed and 4 x single beds
We also offer a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living with flat screen TV, dining, euro laundry, en-suite and family bathroom with a bath.
You will have full exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be able to access the shared lobby, gym, pool, carpark and BBQ area.
I wont be available in person but I am contactable any time during the booking process or stay.
All requests, assistance and communication needs to be with us via AirBnB.
1. Guests must check in after 3:00 PM and check out by 10:00 AM, with early checkin/late check-out potentially incurring a fee.
2. Treat the home with respect, report any damages immediately, and do not bring unregistered guests without prior approval.
3. Quiet hours are from 08:00 PM to 8:00 AM, so please keep noise levels low and avoid loud music or parties.
4. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property, with designated outdoor smoking areas available if applicable. If any smoking, pets or parties are proven to have taken place there will be an additional cleaning fee between $200-$400 charged plus any cost for damage incurred.
5. Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly properties, and owners must clean up after them, with additional fees applying for excessive mess or damage.
6. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen but must clean up after themselves and avoid leaving food out.
7. Trash should be disposed of properly, following recycling guidelines if applicable, and must be taken out before check-out.
8. Lights, fans, and appliances should be turned off when not in use, and air conditioning or heating should not be left running with windows or doors open.
9. Pool and common area rules must be followed, children should always be supervised, and glassware is not allowed near the pool.
10. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving and should not tamper with security cameras or smoke detectors.
11. Additional fees may be charged for excessive cleaning, damages, lost keys, or missing items.
12. Before checking out, guests should wash any used dishes, take out the trash, lock all doors, return keys if required, and leave used towels in one spot for laundry.
13. Failure to follow these rules may result in extra charges or immediate eviction.
