This 1-bedroom apartment is in Ivy & Eve building but managed exclusively by us, not the on-site management.
The building resort facilities feature a, infinity pool, gym, heated spa, dedicated recreational deck + BBQ facilities.
Put your feet up in the air-conditioning with streaming Netflix on the huge 50â Smart TV, superfast WiFi (50Mbps), setup a home office on the dining room table, or close the door for some solitude in the bedroom or balconyâŠ
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything youâll need to bake, fry, sautĂ© + grill!
Thereâs also a full laundry with washing, machine & dryer to keep you clean :)
Perfect for singles, couples, small families + business travellersâŠbut NOT for parties of any description.
