Kinloch Lakefront with wifi

This comfortable home in located in a prime position on the edge of Lake Taupo, in Kinloch.

Open the gate at the rear of the garden and you step onto the walkway of Kinloch Marina.
Relax with a wine or beer , in the conservatory, at the front of the house, after a long day on the lake and watch the sunset.

One inside the house is on 2 levels but only a few steps leading to the bedrooms.

Pets are welcome but we ask they stay outside.

This property has 4 bed rooms and 1 bathroom.

This property is NOT fully fenced. Children will need to be supervised at all times due to the 2 large bodies of water at each end of the property.

Access is by key lockbox. Details will be emailed a few days before your stay.

Although we do not stay on site, a team member will be available throughout your stay.

Before check in, guest will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non refundable damage waiver. (portal link will be sent in the to guest after your booking is confirmed)
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.

No tents.

Smoking outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
