Wigram is vibrant suburb of southern Christchurch located 13 minutes away from city center.

'The Landing' that consist of New World, bars, eatery, pharmacy and much more is well within 4 minutes.

The space

This 2018 build is a perfect choice for a couple, working professional, or a young family, as it comes with a modern kitchen, bathroom, wardrobes, a beautiful 2-seater recliner, a desk, etc.

It's a separate space that is part of the main house.

We live in the same house, so you may hear us but won't see us. You should not be worried about your privacy, as it's been specially designed to give space and privacy to both sides.

You have your own entry/exit, just like us.

The place has plenty of off-street parking.

We provide basic needs for your stay, such as milk, bread, tea, coffee, spread, jam, etc.

Guest access
The guest's access is from the wooden "side gate" beside the garage door.

Please open the small wooden gate, and that will lead you to the entry door of your guesthouse.

Check-in and Checkout times maybe flexible on request (dependent on bookings in place)

We can supply toys, games, books and have a large garden to play in.
Other things to note
We value our place, and we do expect guests to be considerate and leave the guesthouse clean and tidy.

No smoking or vaping inside.

Feel free to use our bins outside to empty your big rubbish items.

Please leave the wet towels in the bathroom.
