The unit was convenient to the area we needed. We enjoyed our stay. We could have used a couple luggage stands. We ended up using the dining table and then the floor for suitcases.

I booked last minute and everything still went very smoothly from host communication, cleanliness, included bathroom amenities, space for parking (important with how narrow the streets can be), and AC. The bed and couch were very comfortable.Location was also great, away from the busier roads but also on the street with a stoplight for Bay to Bay, making it easier to get to businesses there.I was solo for just a few days so didn't cook much but my only suggestion would be a few additions to the kitchen, especially for any longer term stays. Kitchen utensils to wood or silicone and maybe a larger skillet.

Quiet, clean & comfortable

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. The property was exactly like advertised. It was on the corner of a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from coffee and food. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice location and very clean. Everything was great in the house. Sometimes the bedroom would be very hot but that was easily fixed by opening the door because the ac worked throughout the house. Not much storage for things but can easily make it work. Overall a great place to stay with no complaints

Very clean, great location, awesome hosts

I'm in Tampa often for work. It's important that where I stay is located conveniently to my office and to downtown. This room fit the bill perfectly. The place has ample space, has everything you would need for an extended stay and has hosts that are great communicators. I completely enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay here again. The property description was spot-on and as advertised.

We stayed 3 nights and were overall pleased with this property. Suggest adding another bedside table (compact is fine - just big enough for a cell phone and glasses), and to add one or two luggage racks. We really don't like leaving our luggage on the floor, and there is no place to put clothes away. The kitchen is well equipped - we appreciate having nice wine glasses!

A/C more than effective. Should have instructions for thermostat for heat and a/c. Thermostat logo says Alarm which is very confusing. The two weeks we had cold weather in the 30's/40's the unit was cold. Both doors need weatherstripping both top and bottom. Host was very nice as were all people I spoke with. Smells from one unit to the other share smells, i.e., cooking and marijuana smoke. Also from neighbors. However, would stay here again if there was a comfortable outdoor chair and table to sit in. The wooden chair provided was built in 1960. I'm from MN and want to sit outside. Unit next to me had two rocking chairs which were rarely used.
