Welcome to your perfect getaway in Eagle Bay! This charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home offers everything you need for a relaxing retreat. Enjoy outdoor dining on the spacious deck, ideal for soaking up the sun and entertaining guests. With the beach and a children's playground just a short stroll away, you'll have ample opportunities for fun and relaxation. Accommodating up to 6 guests, this property is perfect for families or friends looking to create unforgettable memories.
The Space:
This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, reverse cycle air conditioning and black-out curtains. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, also with reverse cycle air conditioning and black-out curtains. Bedroom 3 has a king bed that can be split into two singles (on request), making it ideal for families or groups, and a pedestal fan or column heater depending on the season. A travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
The fully self-contained kitchen features a gas stove and electric oven for versatile cooking options. With a full-size fridge/freezer at your disposal, you will have ample space to store all your food and drinks. Enjoy your morning brew with the included coffee pod machine (starter pack of pods, tea bags & sugar supplied), and whip up delicious meals using the provided pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher and kitchen cleaning supplies to make cleaning up a breeze. The pantry is also stocked with some basic essentials for added convenience.
The well-appointed bathroom includes a large bath and a separate shower, providing all the comforts of home. For your convenience, the laundry is equipped with a washing machine and two separate toilets.
Enjoy the cool breeze of air conditioning in the living area and unwind in the cosy kids' nook, complete with bean bags, books, and games.
Step outside to the front deck for delightful outdoor dining, complete with a BBQ and charming festoon lights. The back courtyard also features an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Ample free parking is available on the driveway, with enough room to park your boat! Also in the backyard is a cosy fire pit for those cool winter evenings where you can roast marshmallows and relax under the stars. (Please read below for more info relating to use of the fire pit as wood is not supplied and fire restrictions are in place at certain times of the year)

Eagle Bay is one of the most sought-after destinations in the South West, thanks to its stunning coastal views, pristine beaches and secluded position north of Dunsborough. Tucked away in the Meelup Regional Park, it is a nature loverâs dream, and we challenge anyone to get tired of swimming in the picture perfect water, lounging on the soft white sand, or enjoying the world class views! Explore the park trails or while away the days at the beach â your holiday, your pace.
Part of its charm is the lack of crowds searching for coffee or hitting the shops â you wonât find any businesses in Eagle Bay itself. However, it is in the perfect position to pop into Dunsborough for all of your shopping needs, and eating options are still close at hand thanks to Eagle Bay Brewing Co, Wise Wines, Meelup Farmhouse and Bunkerâs Beach House. Visitors can easily explore the northernmost part of the cape (Cape Naturaliste), where they will be treated to secluded beaches, dramatic rock formations and crystal-clear, turquoise waters as far as the eye can see. It really is paradise! Must-visit beaches (aside from EB itself) include Bunker Bay, Meelup and Castle Rock. Keep a look out for whales (Aug-Nov) at Point Picquet or Cape Naturaliste lighthouse.
Getting Around:
Guests will need a car to access the region and amenities. The beach is an easy walk away, but all other amenities are a short drive away in Dunsborough.

All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.
We do not supply wood for fire pits, guests must supply their own and check before lighting any outdoor fires in case of a Total Fire Ban. No outdoor fires are permitted between 1 December to 28 February every year, subject to change at any time â please consult the DFES website before lighting any fires outdoors (this does not apply to gas BBQs/pizza ovens).
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the existence of an invasive beetle (Polyphagous Shothole Borer (PSHB)) in the Perth Metropolitan Area, movement of PSHB host material such as firewood, tree pruning's, mulch (less than 2.5cm diameter), unseasoned wood, and plants (less than 2.0cm diameter) from within this area to areas outside is prohibited. To help STOP the spread, please purchase wood from the South West Area. (Advised by The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD)
