The centrally located kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, featuring an electric cooktop, hotplates, dishwasher, sandwich press, and a 6-seat dining table. From the dining area, you can step out onto the outdoor patio, ideal for seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining. The adjoining lounge room offers a wide-screen TV and split-system heating and cooling, ensuring comfort no matter the season.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This property accommodates up to 7 guests, making it perfect for families. The property contains one queen bedroom, one double and a third bedroom with tri-bunks, all fitted with comfortable linens. The family bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub, with a separate toilet for added convenience.
Outdoor Spaces
Situated behind a sensational native garden in the front yard, the property features off-street parking and a garage with roller door for added convenience. The enclosed patio, furnished with outdoor seating, is perfect for use in any season and offers direct access to the dining room or laundry. The fully fenced yard provides a safe space for kids or pets to play. The property’s prime location offers easy access to local beaches, tourist attractions, and park just across the road, making this stay an exceptional choice for your next getaway.
