Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for a fantastic holiday in Queenstown! It's only a short 300 meter stroll to downtown, (4 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops. Relax and soak in the gorgeous lake and mountain views.

The Space:
Our home is large and spacious, with an open plan and stunning lake and mountain views from the living room, kitchen and dining room. Our home has three very comfortable bedrooms...a perfect holiday retreat for families and friends.

All three of the bedrooms have full ensuites with showers.

There is a private outdoor hot spa for your personal use along with an outdoor dining table on the lower ground floor.

The house has a single car garage and space to park a second car in front of the garage... so two cars can be parked on-site. SUVs are fine, but tall campervans will not fit into the garage or car space.

You will absolutely love watching the gorgeous colours change throughout the day over the Mountains and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets.

Relax in the outdoor spa bath after a big day skiing or hiking, or sit on the large comfy couch and chill with a glass of amazing local NZ wine.

We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly.

We provide an exceptionally clean home and high quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality memory foam pillows for all beds.

STANDARD BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1- King Bed
Bedroom 2- 2x Single Beds (can be made into a king bed)
Bedroom 3- 2x Singles Beds (can be made into a king bed)

*You must let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you want the beds set up in a different configuration. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration (listed above) AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $50 per bedroom. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

This house is also available as a five bedroom house, with two additional bedrooms with either 2 single beds or a king bed in each bedroom, plus an additional full bathroom with shower. If you want the house as a 5 bedroom, please find that listing or contact us for assistance.

Please note... the BBQ is not available for guest use.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 per stay . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you want the baby accessories brought over to the house. Please note: You will need to supply your own linen for the portacot.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is wonderful. The Queenstown Hill hiking trail is up behind the house... approx 600 m away. The lakeshore walking track down along the Queenstown lakefront.
The Gondola is 1 km away.

It is a very quiet neighbourhood... and all the windows are double glazed, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Getting Around:
Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only an 300 m walk to the shops and restaurants.

The closest Orbus bus stop is about 200 metres away. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we have a three day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas -New Year period.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.

A maximum of 6 guests allowed. The person making the booking must be over the age of 25 unless permission is granted. IF under 25, please contact us for permission to book.
