We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog/week). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Window AC Units for each room, a whole house fan, and heating are provided. AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Our stay at the Monument Gym was amazing! It is a gorgeous neighborhood with nice walking trails. It was very centrally located while still feeling like you’re able to get away from it all. Our hosts were fantastic! They allowed us to extend our stay and were nothing but accommodating! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Warning--This property does not have Air Conditioning

We rented this property because the listing checked all of our requirements with air conditioning being one of our requirements. Unfortunately, this property is managed by a property management company and they believe they can list air conditioning if there is only one portal air conditioning unit in one upstairs bedroom. The listing implies that the house has central air conditioning but the truth is that there is not any air conditioning beyond the one portable unit in the one upstairs bedroom. Upon arrival the house interior was 85 degrees and of course on a hot day there was not way to cool the house. It made the house extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy. We immediately contacted the property company and informed them that we were checking out. After a bit of texting with the company and VRBO corporate office, we were refunded the remaining nights of our reservation. I notice that they still have not changed the listing to accurately reflect that there is not a central air conditioning system in the house. The thermostat only controls the heat. The single bedroom portable unit obviously can not cool the house and it was struggling to cool just the bedroom. This review is warning to anyone considering renting this property that there is no central AC. The house is in a nice location and had an exceptional gym in the basement and an awesome TV sound system. Unfortunately, without central AC the house is in habitable on a hot or warm day. WARNING!! NO AC!!
