Mere steps from Carnegie Central and public transport this sub penthouse style three-bedroom apartment with wrap-around balcony boasts sweeping views towards the city and Dandenong Ranges. Perfect for casual entertaining or home-cooked meals, the stone kitchen connects seamlessly to the main living zone and includes an integrated Smeg fridge, freezer and dishwasher, with a Smeg gas cooktop and electric oven.
Dual living zones connect through wall-to-wall double-glazed windows onto an impressive wrap-around balcony offering sweeping 270-degree views, with both sunrise and sunset aspects for morning meals, lunches with friends, and beautiful evening dinners.All three bedrooms have stunning views across the suburbs, with two opening directly out onto the fabulous balcony allowing for a luxurious connection to the outdoors.
Two have built-in robes, whilst the main has a walk-in robe, desk and ensuite. Featuring split-system heating and cooling in dining area and living room, an outdoor BBQ sink and bench, two bathrooms, euro laundry, and basement parking for two cars.
