PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Nestled within the stunning LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, this ground-floor vacation rental is only a few steps from the world-renowned Eagle Beach. The veranda, accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom, invites you to relax in the Caribbean breeze while enjoying direct access to the resort pool and BBQ area.

The open-plan living area features a large TV, a 3-seat sofa bed with a double-size mattress, a 2-seat sofa, an extra armchair, a 6-seat glass dining table, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. A half bathroom is accessible from the entrance hallway, and an in-unit washer and dryer add to your comfort.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a large TV, built-in closets, a chair, and direct access to the veranda, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, built-in closets, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

With 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, this unit includes a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and three cable TVs (living room and each bedroom). Located on the ground floor, it accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 beds and a double-size sofa bed, ideal for families or those seeking extra accessibility.

This unit is adjacent to the Tropical Garden Two-bedroom condo (LV105). Thus ideal for large groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it would sleep up to 12.

Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby.
