With everything you need for a family getaway and fur babies welcome upon owners approval.
Enjoy magnificent views of Seaford's Beach from the top level. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach and walking tracks.
- Check out Seaford Foreshore Reserve
- Kananook Creek out the back also has walking tracks.
- Or you may just want to relax on the balcony and enjoy a complimentary wine whilst taking in the views.
*Entrance level: - Lounge/rumpus with gas fireplace - Queen bedroom - Bunks bedroom
*Down 4 steps from entrance lever: - Bathroom 1 - Queen bedroom - Laundry with separate toilet - Backyard access from laundry
*10 steps up from entrance level: - Queen bedroom - Bathroom 2, with toilet.
*Another 10 steps upwards into the main open plan lounge/kitchen/dining and balcony.
Fully fenced front and back yards, roller door across driveway (does not locked)
Basketball hoop, trampolene.
Guests have access to the entire house except for 1 locked cupboard.
The shed in the backyard is not for guests access, the trailer is not for guests use.
This is 'Self Check-In'. Although we will not be there in person, we are only a message away via your booking reservation communications.
Although this home is baby & toddler 'Friendly', due to stairs and high balcony, it is not baby & toddler 'Safe'.
Parents are responsible for supervising young children around the stairs and the balcony at all times.
*Guests are required complete the ID Verification Form prior to the stay.
*We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25 years. *No Schoolies
*Pets welcome upon owner's approval. Please advise details of your pet/s when inquiring.
*Weber/BBQ has a gas bottle, do not light a wood fire in the weber.
*Please clean the BBQ after yourselves. BBQ cleaning supplies are provided in cane basket place on laundry dryer.
*If cleaners are forced to clean BBQ, there will be an extra fee of $45.
*Please note that the cleaning fee is for a basic clean only. If the cleaners are forced to stay for longer, due to guests lack of care, we reserve the right to carry any extra cleaning fees over to the guest.
*Stays longer that 3 weeks require a 'Mid Stay' clean at an extra cost of $400. The house will be fully cleaned, sanitised with fresh bed linen and towels supplied.
*Please DO NOT REMOVE the large bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the bathrooms, Dishwashing Liquid, Rinse Aid & Disinfectant Wipes in the kitchen. These amenities are the property of BnB Host Management and are regularly refilled for guest convenience. Additional fees may apply if items are removed.
