Escape to this beautiful direct Gulf-front 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Indian Shores, the perfect setting for your next Florida beach getaway. From the moment you step inside, you will be welcomed by stunning views of the white sandy beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Although the balcony is currently closed due to construction, the condo still offers a spacious and comfortable interior with all the conveniences needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your vacation, and the dining area seats 6 for family meals or evening gatherings. The living room features comfortable furnishings and a welcoming space to unwind after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features 2 double beds, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, allowing the condo to accommodate up to 8 guests.

Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool and the convenience of being just steps from the beach. With its excellent location, comfortable layout, and easy access to area attractions, this Indian Shores vacation rental is a wonderful choice for couples, families, or a relaxing escape on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

This Indian Shores beachfront condo is conveniently located within walking distance of local restaurants and attractions and directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast destinations before returning to your peaceful beach retreat.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. The main impacts during your stay may include construction noise during working hours and possible parking adjustments. Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool is closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction ends for the day and remains open all day on weekends.

I have used VRBO for years & this was my first negative experience. The property was under construction w no notice until we paid non refundable rental amount. When I inquired about deck construction, I was told our unit was finished. We had a late arrival, the unit was dirty, it was ocean front, but could not see the ocean or access the deck. A/C was not working & the noise was impossible. Message from manager that we needed to move to another unit came in early next morning. They were going to move us to a 1 bdrm unit-there were 4 of us, we were moved to another acceptable unit. The property description/pics were completely misrepresented online. Rental manager blamed VRBO-but the online description changed almost immediately clarifying there was construction & pool use was limited when I began to complain & hold them accountable. We felt duped by the rental company, their claim was it was a reduced rental rate. I did call VRBO upon my return home & they issued a credit for future use. The rental company kept blaming VRBO & did not want to accept any responsibility.
