Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
If using the sofa bed please bring your own linen and towels for this.
Your pet is welcome to join you, however they are not to be inside.
The garage is not available for guests use, there is plenty of off-street parking
This is not a party house! We welcome families.
No social gatherings permitted including schoolies, buck’s or hen's nights.
Only two adults per bedroom are permitted as per NSW holiday regulations
Only number of guests noted on the booking may stay, this includes day visitors.
