This is a gated community. Our representative will meet you for check in to gain access to the parking lot and community.

The Neighborhood:
Isla Bonita is a gated community consisting of only 35 privately owned condominiums, you will receive the privacy, amenities, and comfort without the crowds. There is NO SMOKING allowed on the property. Conveniently located within minutes of everything , 2.6 miles east of world renowned Eagle Beach. Consider renting a car to get around when staying here.

The home includes use of beach chairs, beach cooler and beach towels.
Pack n plays and high chairs are limited and only available on a first come, first served basis. Please mention it when you make your reservation so that we can meet your need.
Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests.
Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations, except Airbnb. VRBO reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections. Video and pictures are taken for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner.
