The space you're renting is on the ground floor and fully dedicated to guests, with its own private entrance and amenities â so you'll have plenty of privacy. Just a heads-up: the third room in the guest area may occasionally be booked by another traveller, but everyone has their own locked room and shared access to the common spaces.
I really enjoy hosting and meeting people from all over, especially families visiting the Sunshine Coast. Buddina Beach is just around the corner, and Iâm always happy to share tips or help if you need anything.

I chose Buddina for its peaceful coastal village vibe with everything close by. Weâre just steps from Kawanaâs patrolled beach â perfect for a swim, beach walk, or coffee while watching surfers. You donât need a car here: enjoy a drink at the Surf Club or a relaxed dinner nearby, then walk home under the stars. Shops, parks, and the beach are all within easy walking or cycling distance. Itâs safe, friendly, and wonderfully laid-back.
