The kitchen, fully equipped and inviting, is ready to inspire your inner chef. Whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a gourmet dinner after a day of exploring, every meal here becomes a delightful part of your vacation story.

For those who live for the slopes, you’ll appreciate the convenience of a gear rack right by the entrance, complete with pegs and boot trays to keep your equipment organized and ready for your next adventure.

And here’s a little luxury most might not expect: while many Red Pine condos offer only 8-gallon water heaters, our condo boasts a generous 40-gallon water heater on the main floor. This means plenty of hot water to go around after a long day of mountain fun. Plus, for those warm summer days, each floor is equipped with a portable AC unit, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

Canyons Village is a vibrant hub of activity, offering everything from shopping and world-class dining to FREE summer concerts that fill the air with music and joy. Whether you’re here in the lush, green seasons of spring, summer, and fall, or during the winter wonderland that draws skiers and snowboarders from around the world, the possibilities are endless.

SPECIAL NOTE: A mother and baby moose are living at Red Pine. As you know, mothers are fiercely protective of their young so please do not disturb the family.

NOTE: This condo does not have a washer and dryer in-unit, but you can walk to the laundry room at the Clubhouse for all of your laundry needs. You will need quarters or your credit card to do laundry.

Features of our condo that you are sure to appreciate include:

• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• Unique designer touches throughout

• Elegant and refined kitchen and dining area with custom counters, stainless appliances, and bar height seating for 4 (6 with provided stools)

• Inviting living area with comfortable leather sectional, gas fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15), vaulted ceiling, and large TV

• Queen master suite (brand new mattress Aug 2023) on main floor with Jack-and-Jill en-suite bathroom shared with the living area

• 2 bedrooms in upstairs loft overlooking living area (this loft is separated from downstairs by a pony wall; there are roller shades for the large room to provide privacy, but not for the smaller room)

• Brand new (Aug 2023) King bed in larger upstairs bedroom

• Full bed in loft bedroom off the larger upstairs bedroom (this room has its own door but one wall is a half wall that is open to the living space below)

• Shared full bathroom upstairs (this bathroom offers a 10-gallon water heater for showers up to 8 minutes long)

• 2 Portable AC units (one per floor) for added comfort on warmer summer days (THIS CONDO DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL A/C)

• Private balcony with dining for 4

• Ski/Snowboard gear storage area just inside front door

• Wifi access and high-speed internet (300 mbps)

• Free parking for 2 vehicles (max) in surface lot (uncovered; first come, first serve)

• Walking distance (10 minutes) to Cabriolet Gondola at Park City Mountain Base, giving you access to the largest ski resort in the US (Note that it will be downhill on the way to the gondola and uphill on the way back)

• Community Recreation Area offering the following amenities (PLEASE SEE SPECIAL NOTES BELOW ABOUT HOURS AND SEASONS):

• Clubhouse with Wifi access

• 2 heated pools (one with a waterfall)

• Wading pool

• 2 hot tubs (indoor/outdoor)

• Dry sauna

• Tennis and Pickleball courts

• Picnic area

• Sand volleyball courts

• Horseshoes

• Laundry facilities are available year-round at the Clubhouse (a 3-minute walk from the condo), open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. The machines take quarters or credit cards with a cost of approximately $2.25 per wash cycle and $2.00 per dry cycle.

COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE RULES: There is a limit of 8 guests per condo at the clubhouse.  Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed at the Clubhouse or at any of the community amenities.  You will be asked to leave if you bring or have glass containers or alcoholic beverages with you, and you will not be refunded for any portion of your stay for not complying with this important rule.

RED PINE RECREATION CENTER HOURS AND SEASONS:

Open for winter! It will be closed from April 20th-May 23rd for the off-season.

In the summer, the facility is open daily-10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. May - September.

In the winter, the facility is open daily-12:00 Noon to 9:00 p.m. Thanksgiving - April.

NOTE: During the winter, all vehicles must be moved every 24 hours so parking lots can be plowed. Violators will be towed!

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.

3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.

Perfect getaway!

Shuttle to the Canyons

When we first arrived, I was concerned about how far the walk was to the mountain or the cabriolet. There are no sidewalks, there are 6-foot snowbanks and it's a long way especially with a tired 9-year-old. It mapped as 0.7 mile walk and it took about 10 minutes. After some research I realized there was a free shuttle. I am not sure why Stay Lux does not give you this information, but it was misleading being listed as a walk to mountain and I would not have been upset if they had explained the shuttle. I discussed with the Stay Lux that it should be listed differently, or they should explain the shuttle. The place was very clean but the master beds was extremely uncomfortable. I did contact Stay Lux at our arrival that they was no place to organize or put clothes. I was told it was too small for a dresser but there was plenty of space in the bedrooms where instead there was a desk and a full-length mirror. They also had several large closets that could have had built in storage. I was also concerned there was no area to put ski boots on and the skis and poles needed to be stored on the outdoor porch which meant you had to carry them through the Livingroom. The upstairs "2 bedrooms" are one big loft and everything can be heard from the downstairs. It is fine if you all go to bed at the same time. It can be hard with 3 kids different ages and bedtime routines. After the initial concerns everything worked out. The place was clean and comfortable, other than the bed. We arrived late and the house was inviting and open with the fireplace on when we got there. The shuttle was easy and location was convenient. The outdoor heated pool was great. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything needed to make breakfast and lunches. I loved the canyons, and the skiing was better then Park City, less crowded and less out of control skiers. I would stay on the Canyons side again if we go. Stay lux was easy to reach with questions or concerns.

Great Location and Accomodations

Three of us enjoyed staying here while on a ski trip. You can easily walk to the red pine gondola or orange bubble express in just over 5 minutes to explore the canyon side of the mountain. The village of canyon itself is also worth checking out and offered some good conveniences for food and drinks. Again, all within walking distance. One negative would be the lack of hot tub size at the lodge and the fact you were prohibited from bringing any alcohol which was strictly enforced. Ultimately, because of the hot tub situation, which we used as a basis to select this property, we would not stay here again unless that aspect changes.

Highly recommend this place.

Great location and communication with Heather and Beau from Stayluxe. A 5ish minute walk up to the Gondola and a 7ish minute walk down to the bus to head to Park City. Pool and hot tub right across the street. Plenty of parking. The place itself was very clean and has an area inside for your skis and boards.

Great ski vacation

The condo was clean and nicely decorated and had most everything we would need. The hot water in the upstairs shower is very limited, but downstairs has plenty so any long showers just have to happen in the master bath. Set up was perfect for our group of 5 and communication was great. The fireplace and music were going when we arrived which was a nice touch!

Fantastic Ski Condo

This chalet condo was great. Perfect set up for our family with beds upstairs for the kids. Canyons connect shuttle service is very convenient and free. Super easy to get anywhere in the village. Condo was well equipped and very comfortable. Will be looking to stay here again for sure.

Even cozier than in photos!

I booked this place for my sister’s wedding. My sister and another bridesmaid all stayed together for a tame, COVID-safe bachelorette night, and to get ready for the wedding the next day. The place was even cuter than in photos. Getting in was easy. I had to text the property manager to get the code, but he was extremely fast getting back to me and very nice. The place is fully loaded. Everything I you could possibly need in the kitchen is ready and waiting. There was even a full bag of ice in the freezer for us. The beds were very firm, so if you’re used to something softer, be prepared. The upstairs shower didn’t have a shower head and there was a note to keep showers to 5 or 6 minutes. Good thing I didn’t need to wash my hair! Overall, an excellent stay. The place was a bargain for the level of style and comfort. I would recommend it.
