The house was as described. The family was excited about the theater room and the hidden bedroom. It was a very friendly home and large enough for 18 of us. Check in and check out was smooth. Enjoyed our stay

We had a group of 25. There was plenty of space for everyone and we all were very comfortable. It was very clean. It was in a great location, near all the spots we wanted to visit. The kids loved the pool and game room. The host was real quick in answering any questions that I had. Family and Smiles

This property was amazing!! We had 5 families and they all slept comfortable. There was enough space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the theatre and game room. The pool was nice. We saw a giant turtle. It was peaceful, plenty of parking and security was nice too. We also enjoyed how close we were to the convention center for our competition.

We enjoyed a 10-day stay with a group of 17 family members! The check-in process was seamless and the house was exactly what we needed! We were pleasantly suprised that there were 2 sets of laundry machines in the house, one on each floor, which was so helpful for such a large group! There were plenty of towels as well as pool towels. Plenty of seating out back. We added the pool heat and it was perfect for spending long days and evenings in the pool! The neighborhood is clean and quiet enough to enjoy plenty of relaxation! We loved that this house in particular does not have any neighbors out the back so it felt quite private and there was plenty of grass area out back behind the pool area for the kids to play around in! The kids also enjoyed the large themed bedrooms with double bunk beds as well as the game room that contained endless entertainment in the evenings once pool time was over! We would definitely love to book this house for another family stay in the future! The host was super responsive from start to finish and made the entire experience easy and comfortable!

The house overall was very nice. The Mgmt company was responsive. I would highly recommend this for large parties. What surprised me was you get 2 towels per room, 1 hand towel, and no face cloths. You got one trash bag and one dish washer puck. Interesting given that there are 2 dishwashers. For the price, I think that they should think about these things. Outside of those things, I would recommend.

The house was gorgeous and was exactly how it was described in the listing.The only trouble we had was that the door code provided to us did not work and it took nearly 15 minutes to reach someone who could help us.The game room in the garage may be one of the first to be temperature controlled to the house , unlike many that are not and are very hot or the temperature outside.The master bedroom was phenomenal, with the only issue being the Roku not allowing access to an English TV guide. It was only available in Spanish, despite settings language being in English.I wish they would have provided more dish tablets to use in dish washer, so we were forced to leave dirty dishes at the end of our stay.Would also loved to have had a better understanding of recycling on the property. Because no instructions were given about recycling, we treated like garbage.Pool seating was more than ample for our group….and the pool xtra refrigerator poolside was a huge perk!!!Overall, great experience.

Microfiber washcloths are horrible to use. Not enough washcloths to avoid laundry every day to avoid reusing.

The amenities were really weak. We got one Tide pod to do laundry. There were no bars of soap in any shower or bathroom. There were hand soap pumps, but it was very watered down. We couldn't use the BBQ. It was a bit worn down. Tons of marks on the walls, need to be repainted. Black hairs in the bathroom. I wouldn't consider this 5 Star Luxury, I have had better experiences at a 2 Star Hotel. It wasn't a bad stay, it just couldn't have been better, and really didn't meet my minimum expectations of a rental. The pool was disgusting when we arrived, but it did get cleaned later the next day.

Our group consisted of 13 young female athletes and 6 adults, and this property was absolutely perfect for us. The layout worked exceptionally well, with all of the girls staying in the upstairs bedrooms while the adults were comfortably accommodated downstairs.The home is very well equipped, featuring two sets of washers and dryers, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of common areas where the girls could relax, socialize, and spend time together while keeping the bedrooms dedicated to rest and recovery.The property management team was responsive and quick to address any questions or requests throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
