This fantastic getaway has it all! Magnificent uninterrupted beach views, heat pump pool,* gas heated spa, open fireplaces with complimentary firewood, large entertainers covered area, directly opposite Fishermans Beach!
Immerse yourself in a waterfront retreat like no other. This magnificent two storey classic villa has easy access to the beach and Mornington village but also has all the amenities of home away from home. Guests will love the wrap around deck taking in the stunning water views of Port Phillip Bay and the easy stroll to Mornington Main Street, filled with amazing cafés, and shopping restaurants to enjoy.
Designed over two levels, the entrance level welcomes three queen bedrooms and main bathroom and a living space (with sofa bed) providing outdoor flow to the fully fenced gas heated spa and heat pump fibreglass fenced pool with lawn at the rear. There is a wonderful covered al fresco lounge in front of a large open fireplace and barbeque deck which will make year round outdoor entertaining a breeze.
Upstairs a magnificent view over Fishermans Beach is ensued by opening the bi-fold deck doors or from the main open plan living with openfireplace, kitchen and dining area seating 8 guests providing a wonderful platform for family and friend special retreats.
The large queen master retreat at the rear of the house has a wonderful spa bath and water views.
Blue Pearl Retreat showcases magnificent sunrises and sunsets, something you will not want to miss!
Small non shedding dogs are welcome at Blue Pearl Retreat.
