Imagine stepping off the plane at the Salt Lake City airport, your adventure beginning just 30 minutes away at our cozy Mountain Getaway hosted by StayLuxe Properties. Perfectly positioned across the street from the Park City Mountain Silver Star lift, our condo offers a front-row seat to the beauty of Park City, with stunning views of the Park City Golf Course and direct access to the cross-country ski trail during the winter months and world-class golfing just outside your door in the summer.
Whether you're a snow enthusiast eager to carve through fresh powder, or someone who relishes winter activities like snowmobiling, tubing, and sleigh rides, this is the perfect spot for you. And when the snow melts, the mountains beckon with trails for hiking and biking, along with pristine greens for golf. One of our personal favorite hikes is the Iron Mountain trail, a short but steep climb that rewards you with breathtaking views at the summit. If you prefer a gentler ascent, the Crescent Mine Grade offers a more leisurely path up the mountain, while the McCleod Creek trail winds through the heart of the city, perfect for a scenic bike ride.
From early June through October, Park City transforms into a playground of activities. Whether you're testing your courage on a zip line, racing down the alpine coaster, or experiencing the thrill of bobsledding, there's something for everyone. And it's all just a short drive or a quick hop on the FREE transit system from the stop directly across the street.
After a day of adventure, unwind in our private hot tub, or make it a night out. You're sure to enjoy an outdoor concert, or you may prefer to treat yourself to a delightful meal at one of Park City's world-class restaurants. A particular favorite of ours is the Silver Star Cafe, conveniently located right across the street from the condo. If you're visiting during the summer, don't miss the Park Silly Sunday Market and the Kimball Arts Festivalâevents that bring the vibrant local culture to life.
Our Mountain Getaway is more than just a place to stay; it's your home base for exploring everything Park City has to offer, all year round.
Our 2100 sq ft elevated mountain retreat boasts the following:
âą Please note that our townhome is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

âą Upstairs family room features a wood-burning fireplace and king San Francisco Design Tempur-Pedic sofa sleeper
âą Top floor loft guest bedroom offers 2 full beds and large windows with bright natural light (there is no longer a TV in this room)
âą Additional full bath on main floor with tub/shower combo
âą LG washtower (replaced after photos were taken)
âą Portable ACs available during the summer months
âą Private deck with 8-person hot tub
âą Wifi access and High-speed internet (800 mbps)
âą Free parking for 2 vehicles (uncovered - parking permits provided at check-in and must be displayed on rearview mirror)
To access the condo, you will need to walk up a flight of stairs. There are 2 additional flights within the unit, so it may not be suitable for some guests.

We had an incredible stay at this property for a week in January. The condo was spacious enough for all 7 adults to sleep and hang out comfortably in the living areas. Also the proximity to the mountain and other attractions is very ideal. ~3 minute walk to the silver star lift and the bus stop to other areas is right at the top of the street. The house was clean and well maintained and Heather / Beau weâre super responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend." - Morgan

Very nice, clean and convenient ski condo. A short walk to the Silver Star lift, which fortunately opened for the first time this season on our first ski day. Condo was roomy and comfortable for us, a group of 4 guys, plus a few meals with another 4 who stayed in a nearby condo. Hot tub was great. Beds were comfortable. Huge TV! There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and the two family rooms provided room for interacting as a group. Heather and Beau were very attentive and we lacked for nothing. 1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
